Why Photography?

Simply put, it's passion. But... What is passion? It's the one small thing that makes you smile, that makes you go crazy on the inside, that makes you burst with emotions inside and out. That's how I see it, that's how I see photography. Each time I hold my camera in my hands, I see moments in my head. It's the only time where I could just hide my awkward misfit self behind the lens and just capture the moments.

No matter how tired I am, no matter how sore I feel, I'm still willing to do it. I do it for the moments, I do it for the little smile that twitches on people's lips, I did it for the satisfaction, I do it for the rush I feel for it, and most of all... I did it for me.

Diving trip to Mabul/Sipadan

So during the past week, I took on one of the greatest adventures in life: diving Sipadan. We stayed over at the Seaventures Dive Rig (give them a visit here!). Everything was super cool, super awesome. Love it over there, I am honestly still hungover from the trip. I find myself laughing in my sleep for the past two days now because of the trip. There is just so much hilarity! Here's the first two pictures I'll put up here, more to come soon! :)

LIFE OF PAI (An ICT Presentation from PTET, Brunei)

My team, the "ICT, Photography and Multimedia Club" of PTET, has successfully produced a movie for the orientation week called "The Life Of Pai". We received many positive feedbacks and that of course, made us extremely happy! :D This movie is fully produced, directed and edited by the team with some guidance from our ICT tutors. I just wanted to share it with you guys, hope you like it and tell me what you think of it ;)

Beautiful sun rise 27/2/2013

It was around 6.45 a.m. I was out and about and ready for school. I looked out the window and saw the sky being particularly splashed with the beautiful colour of gold. I smiled and went down to the car waiting for me downstairs. As we journeyed to the traffic light, I looked up and gasped at the magnificent beauty I witnessed that very second. I remembered it crystal clear in my mind... The sun was so perfectly round, so big, you could literally see its outline. The sun was so bright, so beautiful, so majestic. Alhamdulillah, ya Allah, you have let me witness one of the many beauties YOU have blessed us with. :)
