Difference between normal shutter speed, low key and long exposure photos

This is normal shutter photo

This is low key, adjusted to give low lights. So it shows as if this is a romantic scene, Looks as if we could go there and slow dance huh? ;)

And this is long exposure photography... It made the water look as if its a giant mirror instead of water. my camera doesn't take the light too well tho, i still need to learn the controls. I didn't manage to get more of these because they switched off the light :(
